Jeff Watson, President and Chief Executive Officer

• Joined Worldwide Energy & Manufacturing USA in January 2008
• Former President of Joslyn Sunbank, a division of the Danaher Corp. (NYSE: DHR)
• Served as General Manager of Fasco Gearmotors, a design and manufacturing company, from 1999 to 2001 after starting his career as an engineer at the firm
• Over 25 years of manufacturing experience supporting a variety of industries and markets
• B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from University of Missouri

Gary S. Koos, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer

• Joined Worldwide Energy & Manufacturing USA in May 2011
• Former Chief Financial Officer and Board member of BlockShield Plc, (AIM: BLS)
• Served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operations Officer of a telecomm and mobile advertising company.
• Over 30 years of financial management experience supporting a variety of industries and markets.
• M.B.A. and B.S. in Business Administration from University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.

George Wang, General Manager of Solar Division

• Over 10 years of manufacturing experience in electronics and solar industries
• Previously served as Director of Sales and Strategic Accounts at Solarfun Power Holdings Co. Ltd. (NASDAQ: SOLF), where he played an active role in the firm's initial public offering
• Bachelor's in English Education from Nanjing Normal University; Master's of Law from Jilin University Law School

Philip Zhang, General Manager of Contract Manufacturing

• General manager of Contract Manufacturing Division, both in China and the US
• Over 20 years of experience in engineering modification quality and delivery control and production line management
• Previously served as Engineer and Supervisor and for U.S. Postal Service; as a Software Engineer at Cash Register & Computer Co., and as Assistant General Manager and Director at 12th Weaving Factory in Shanghai, China, where he was responsible for manufacturing operations
• B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from China Textile University; Master's in Computer Science from San Francisco State University
