Worldwide Energy & Manufacturing is an international manufacturing and engineering firm focused on photovoltaic ("PV") solar modules and contract manufacturing services. We service customers globally with our Solar Division and customers in both the U.S. and China within our Contract Manufacturing division.

Currently, our Solar Division (Amerisolar) accounts for the majority of our revenues and is the driver behind our rapid growth. Our global customer base includes the solar energy, wireless telecommunications, aerospace, automotive and medical equipment industries.

• We have filed 16 patents on solar technology that have provided a competitive advantage that we believe is partly responsible for new orders during the solar industry slowdown.
• We continue to expand into new geographic regions and develop strategic distribution alliances to better support the burgeoning growth that the PV Solar Markets are experiencing.
